War Room: An AI-assisted mathematical review workflow

War Room organizes source-grounded mathematical review into inspectable evidence. Two Navier–Stokes arguments illustrate the campaign, analytical follow-up, challenge review and executable QA that support its conditional conclusions.

Scope of the report. This methods case study supports two conditional arguments through source-grounded follow-up. It does not certify the complete Navier–Stokes construction.

What we found

01 / PRESSURE COMPARISON

Pressure comparison on fixed intervals

The follow-up reconstructs pressure-gradient recovery and localized energy closure under the stated smooth, bounded-energy competitor hypothesis, conditional on the upstream construction. No bound uniform through the proposed singular time is inferred.

02 / RESERVED MEAN BASE

The reserved mean base is preserved exactly

Support ordering and zero axial moment make the primitive and cutoff-generated velocity term vanish exactly, preserving the fixed reserved base under the specified preparation assumptions.

The apparatus and follow-up

MathLab/War Room organized an 80-round review campaign with analyst, critic, verifier and synthesizer roles. The focused follow-up fixed source identities, located proofs and supporting passages, reconstructed two selected implications and challenged their hypotheses.

Separate AI challenges were followed by three fresh source-first contexts: pressure reconstruction, mean-base reconstruction and a six-question adversarial review. They received the source and neutral questions without our draft or one another’s answers. All completed contexts used one configured model family.

Mathematical QA

What the report contributes

This is a documented verification case study. It supplies an inspectable source-to-conclusion chain and relevant challenge reasoning. Mathematical novelty and a measured improvement in product accuracy are not established.

Evidence for examination

The supplement includes detailed derivations, a six-question QA ledger, five retained review excerpts, an extraction/provenance map and executable scalar/file checks. Readers can trace each result to its source premises and examine the reasoning directly.

Scope and interests

Matthew J. Goss Jr. is associated with the MathLab/War Room product; this interest is disclosed. AI assistance is described in the manuscript. OpenAI does not author or endorse this report.

This report checks two local implications; it does not adjudicate the full construction or independently rebuild the formalization. AI assistance and the product interest are disclosed; no independent human peer review is claimed.
